HOW DOES IT WORK?
If you were born between 1996 and 1998 and you dream of becoming a professional football player, FD can make your dream come true. We travel various countries in three continents to select those aspiring youth who will make it to the final phase in Qatar. The twenty best players will be able to train like professional athletes in the prestigious academies of Aspire.
All who have registered will play 11 vs. 11 games lasting 25 minutes each. The field Coordinator and his team will be selecting the best players who will be moving on to the Second Phase.
During the Second Phase expert scouts will be visiting all the fields to observe the players who have made it to the second phase. They have the responsibility to select the 50 best players from all the fields.
The 50 players who are selected will be transported for four days to the capital of their country. Josep Colomer and Juanjo Rovira with the rest of the Aspire team will attend to observe the abilities and skills of the players. They have the responsibility to select the three winners of each country who will be travelling to Qatar for the Grand Final.
The three finalists of each country will be transported to the Aspire Academy of Qatar. For a period of one month the contenders will participate in a strict training program.
The 20 best selected from all the countries will have the opportunity to pursue their development as professional athletes in the Academies of Aspire.
